HEDGEROW HEROES
Our hedgerow heroes project has come to a close. What an autumn / winter it was.
CPRE Kent were delighted to be part of the project for the first time this last year and everyone involved has enjoyed every minute.
Highlights from this last year:
4,140 metres of planted/restored hedgerow
26 planting days
25 rejuvenation days
18,875 hedge whips planted
51 events
400 volunteers
2,105 volunteer hours
22 sites

It’s be a fabulous project and also a great outcome for local wildlife and the volunteers who helped out.
