We’re looking for artists!

Specifically, we’re looking for artists to take part in our competition celebrating both CPRE’s centenary and our treasured Kent countryside.

We are giving everyone the chance to design our new CPRE Kent greeting card and see their work in print.

Original pieces of artwork depicting the unique qualities of Kent’s landscape, wildlife, villages and people – and sadly the threats – while highlighting our centenary year are welcome.

You can submit in any traditional 2D medium such as watercolour, oil painting or drawing, but we’re not accepting digital entries.

There are three age categories:

  • Ages 7-11 (KS2)
  • Ages 12-16 (KS3)
  • Ages 16+ to Adult

Winners from each category will have their work featured on CPRE Kent greeting cards and receive a free box of cards. Additional boxes will be sold by CPRE Kent while stocks last. Winning entries will also feature in the autumn-winter 2026/27 Kent Countryside Voice magazine.

You can enter by emailing a high-quality image to info@cprekent.org.uk

Closing date is Friday, July 31, 2026.

  • CPRE Kent may share and reprint the artwork, with credit given to the artist.
Artwork will be judged by the CPRE Kent Board of Trustees and all decisions are final.
Staff and trustees cannot enter or judge if relatives or friends take part.
